COMMUNITY BULLETIN BOARD
RULES REGARDING COMMUNITY ANNOUNCEMENTS
Members of the community have the opportunity to air public service announcements, given that they comply with the following rules and regulations:
- Must be on Official Letterhead and signed.
- Must be received by WHPY, two (2) weeks in advance of the scheduled event.
- WHPY will air one (1) Public Service Announcement every six (6) weeks per organization. This allows for a variety of events to be announced from different organizations at any given time.
- Airing of announcements is subject to availability of space in a three to four (3-4) minute spot per week. Priority is given to organizations based on: (a) a first come, first serve basis, and (b) the longest duration of time since that organization was last aired on Community Bulletin Board.
